Charles H. Frenette founded the company in 1946. In the early 60's, he joined forces with Leopold Trottier. In the mid 70's, the 3 sons of Mr. Trottier took over and expanded the company.
In 1996, Michel Falardeau bought the company and has owned it since then, selling the best quality products to a diversified clientele.
